Widows Rejoice Mission Conference,

REJOICE 23,

As part of our efforts at the Widows Rejoice mission to sustain help to widows, in Nigeria, we organize a yearly conference for Widows as part of our Mission program. The recent edition took place on August 13, 2023.


The conference (REJOICE) which started about five years ago, has helped to give hope to the widows who are the most voiceless, neglected, and vulnerable members of society.


Widows from all parts of Lagos and its environments were invited to the conference and over 200 Widows from all parts of Nigeria attended the program.


At the Rejoice program, our organization provided necessary basic items for the Widows who attended the conference.


The Rejoice program was also used to do the following:

  • • Create awareness and advocate for the 'RIGHT OF THE WIDOWS'.
  • • Make emphasis on how innovation and technology can benefit widows in crisis and Rural Widows
  • • Campaign for the human rights of widows of all ages and rural Widows
  • • Counsel widows on Money and poverty suffered by Widows
  • • Discuss the Stigmatization suffered by Widows and violence against Widows

Rejoice Program 23 and previous programs were used to help advance the rights and livelihoods of widows of all ages.
